SaiFightsMS Posted May 5, 2002 Posted May 5, 2002 Yoda's "archives" do provide a valuable service. They provide information for those who are just getting started. And for those with more experience they make us stop and think a bit about how are we doing?
Jack Posted May 6, 2002 Author Posted May 6, 2002 YODA, would you care about sending me some of the contents of these archives of yours? They'd make great reading material. JackCurrently 'off' from formal MA trainingKarateForums.com

KickChick Posted May 6, 2002 Posted May 6, 2002 Thanks Yoda ....for making the time to post that one! How often you train your abs is far less important than how well you train them! Remember too that weight training bilds the muscle, and a good diet and regular cardio will reduce the fat layer so you can "see" whats underneath. All the ab work in the world does not reduce the flabby tummy!
CTpizzaboy Posted May 6, 2002 Posted May 6, 2002 In other words, Yoda is a really good procrastinator. lol. But so am I. Procrastinators around the world unite at http://www.pogo.com. Canh T.I often quote myself. It adds spice to my conversations.
YODA Posted May 6, 2002 Posted May 6, 2002 Yes KickChick - a visible sixpack is made in the kitchen - not in the gym Hope I can get mine back soon - I've gained weight like crazy since I injured my knee at easter _________________ YODA KarateForums Sempai 2nd Degree Black Belt : Doce Pares Eskrima https://www.docepares.co.uk Qualified Instructor : JKD Concepts https://www.jkdc.co.uk Qualified Fitness Instructor (Weights, CV, Circuit, Kinesiology) [ This Message was edited by: YODA on 2002-05-06 15:27 ] YODA2nd Degree Black Belt : Doce Pares Eskrima https://www.docepares.co.ukQualified Instructor : JKD Concepts https://www.jkdc.co.ukQualified Fitness Instructor (Weights, CV, Circuit, Kinesiology)
