Still my question remains where to get a 20lbs weighted shirt? Maby it's easyest just using a belt and buy some weight for that huh?

Walmart has a 20 lb vest that seems pretty good for the price. It runs about 45 bucks, and you won't find it online, but I've seen it in the stores.

When I do decline sit-ups, I just take a 35-lb plate and hold it to my chest. You can also do it with a dumbbell.

I do this as well. Works alright for me. Although I use a 25 pound plate. :P

I like it. Sometimes I'm inclined to decline pushups.
