Thanks Bearich, but $165 for a weighted vest is a bit too much for me

Thanks Baronbvp :)

Still my question remains where to get a 20lbs weighted shirt? Maby it's easyest just using a belt and buy some weight for that huh?

Tom

Walmart has a 20 lb vest that seems pretty good for the price. It runs about 45 bucks, and you won't find it online, but I've seen it in the stores.

With respect,

When I do decline sit-ups, I just take a 35-lb plate and hold it to my chest. You can also do it with a dumbbell.

Thanks Sohan :) But I do not think I am going to buy it.

Decline sit-ups rule by the way!

I like it. Sometimes I'm inclined to decline pushups.

So how does one train the anaerobic system effectively? I've read up a bit on it on wikipedia and other sources but I'm still not quite sure how to do it.
