jaymac Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 I don't know why I looked at that original post and thought it said ballistic instead of dynamic stretching. Thanks elbows_and _knees. I still think that ballistic stretching is a bad way to increase flexibility. I have seen to many torn calf muscles as result of this type of stretching. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
