I used to lift sets of:360x12450x10540x8630x6720x4540x10Once I maxed out at 1050 lb, but I had to push on my thighs at the beginning to get the sled moving and avoid knee blowout. Don't be too impressed - I'm slender, 5'11", 175 lb with bird legs.It's all in the weight belt. Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.Martial arts are like kinetic chess. AceKing Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 im 17 and can bench about 225 like twice, leg press 810 plus the sled 5 to 6 times and deadlift 315 but i dont know if my form is right.
