DokterVet
Cool interview, Sohan. Although I find it depressing that he was benching 315 when he was 15 years old and 160 lbs. 22 years oldShootwrestlingFormerly Wado-Kai Karate

Jeet Kune Do
now, I have pressed 400lb 30 times, on the leg press machine, the gym we have in School (not martial art school, the other one where you learn in subjects Science maths english) has the weights of only 400lb, probably for safety reasons as many kids like to show off, I usually only do extreme training like that when I am alone as I dont want really want people to watch me do something like that, since I am 15 they would probably not believe me. A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it. bushido_man96
Maxed out on bench the other day; moved it up to 305. Ok, I feel kind of cheated now.I usually don't have a spotter when I lift, so I was doing bench press on this Nautilis Leverage machine. You still load weight plates onto the sides, and it starts in the down position instead of the up position. Well, I have started to lift on a regular bench with a spotter, and I have noticed that I don't push up as much as I did on the other. What a bummer. And I thought I had hit my goal. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
