- What are the best books to get?

Guys,

I found a few good books (IMO), but I don't know what to go for.

- My main goal is to get the maximum out of my stretching-routine, in order to get more flexibility. After I get the desired level of flexibility, I also want to focus a bit on getting a bit more muscular.

These are the products that got my attention:

- I'm interested in getting all 3 books.

Now, what would you guys recommend me?

I think that either of these would suit your needs. However, you may want to find something that is martial arts specific as well. Human Kinetics may have some stuff that interests you as well.
