They do tend to get harder as you climb the ranks. What grade are you now? Just keep at it, i was having the same problem with 1st kyu but i just practised, practised and practised more...it'll all be worth while in the end.

practice more, and keep breathing deeply in time with the movements to calm your nerves.

Like all the others said, practice is the key.

I sometimes slow down my moves at the start of my workout, to get the feel of doing them the right way, and then after that, I speed up to where I am moving at full speed and full power.
