Shotokan-kez
They do tend to get harder as you climb the ranks. What grade are you now? Just keep at it, i was having the same problem with 1st kyu but i just practised, practised and practised more...it'll all be worth while in the end. Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
alsey
practice more, and keep breathing deeply in time with the movements to calm your nerves. "Gently return to the simple physical sensation of the breath. Then do it again, and again, and again. Somewhere in this process, you will come face-to-face with the sudden and shocking realization that you are completely crazy. Your mind is a shrieking, gibbering madhouse on wheels." - ven. henepola gunaratana

Brandon Fisher
Practice hard and get them so they are second nature. This way your confidence in the techniques will help get you through. Brandon FisherSeijitsu Shin Do
hawkfish
Like all the others said, practice is the key. I sometimes slow down my moves at the start of my workout, to get the feel of doing them the right way, and then after that, I speed up to where I am moving at full speed and full power.
