al.karate Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 when i do combination in the gradings i used to get them right but now when i get higher up in the belts i get some of them wrong because im nervous and they are hard. have u any advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just keep at it, i was having the same problem with 1st kyu but i just practised, practised and practised more...it'll all be worth while in the end. I sometimes slow down my moves at the start of my workout, to get the feel of doing them the right way, and then after that, I speed up to where I am moving at full speed and full power.
