Seriously, I wish this weren't being made. It looks aweful and it tarnishes his image-like Jerry Rice's last seasons.

I think the movie should just end at Rocky 4.

aw c'mon guys...I liked part 5. It had a coming of age for his son, and all that good mentor-losing-student-to-bad-guy-with-more-money drama. I'm a fan, so I'll be there when it opens.

I liked 5 as well....I mean, come on, it has the best street fight ever filmed!!! "I didn't hear no bell!"

5 just seemed like a total money grab to me.

Now I am usually a sequel fan - however I hope this lives up to expectations - Rocky 5 did almost quash my love of sequels - surely its better to end on a high like Lethal Weapon? It would be awful for people to remember the Rocky series based on this last film if it truly does turn out to be pants.

I liked all the Rocky movies, with Rocky III being my favorite, but this one looks like it could be one of the best yet. It gives old guys like me hope.

Maybe in 7 (and I am thinking ahead to the next one) Rocky could fight Bin Laden in a winner take all for all the marbles! I say keep on going for as long as it can go. What is the most sequeled movie of all time? Maybe Rocky can beat that too. Within the last few days I rented as many as I can find and I got caught up into it. Rocky! Rocky! Rocky!
