Sorry, I should have mentioned that. You should walk gently for 60-120 seconds (or equivellant activity) to reduce this effect and the lactic acid in the body. Preferably, don't leave it more than about 10 minutes though because the muscles will start to go into recovery mode and will loose that suppleness.

The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
