kenpo.stylist Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Exactly! We did a drill where we moved up the circle around a bag while punching with our lead hand and in two minutes, I had like 160 punches...lemme tell you that the last 130 or so just plain sucked!
ps1 Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 That's entirely possible. I can do about 6 punches a second. What's the difference? The question is, how good are the punches? In my case... lousy!6 punches X 15 seconds = 90 punchesThe difference is 50 punches. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius."
Shotokan-kez Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 Not a bad video he was fast. Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
jaymac Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 That video was cool. Imagine if he missed that bag and hit that lady. Those were pretty powerful strikes. A great martial artist is one who is humble and respectful of others.
