aefibird Posted August 28, 2006 Share Posted August 28, 2006 For Karate I usually like to use Jion or Kanku Dai, for TKD I like Taeguek Sah Jang and Taeguek Yuk Jang.For weapons, these days I usually use a Jo form that the head of my TKD association specially created.
