I'm not part of Kyokoshin, but I have been to a lot of Karate camps before. They are so much fun and you can learn so much from them. Besides that, it's just a great time with some great mates.

Glad to see you had a good time.

We just had our own camp over last weekend, and it was very fun. We took a break from training and had some fun playing a game of volleyball. I learned a lot over the weekend. :D

I trust you are talking about the camp here in BC, and if so I am glad you enjoyed it. What was your favorite part of the training.

Yanno All of it. It truley was a great event i will cherish...

But i must say the Bo kata really stood out for me...I was going to ask our shihan if he could show me a bit of it but as it turned out we all got to do it!!!

Made some good friends watched my sempi get his second Dan he did awesome and now i see all the hard trainining paid off.
