Blade13 Posted April 29, 2002 Posted April 29, 2002 I dont know about actual weighted "clothing", but Ive seen weighted vests on the internet and weights for ankles and wrists in most sporting goods stores. You could try http://www.weightvest.com , but I warn you. Weighted vests are kinda pricy. Im gonna be buying some new 20lb ankle weights tomorrow or wednesday.
TKD_McGee Posted April 30, 2002 Posted April 30, 2002 Hahaha, ok Piccolo.... u been watchin too much DBZ. Do unto others, as they done to you.

SaiFightsMS Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 The older less expensive way to accomplish this is to load items of weight (such as bricks) into a back pack. And then go do your thing.,
Blade13 Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 Ive gotta remember to pay more attention to older methods of working out. That brick thing is awesome, lol.
TKD_McGee Posted May 2, 2002 Posted May 2, 2002 That or tie a rope around a tire and the other end around your waist and run around the lawn... Thats an Urban myth used by football players lol.. Do unto others, as they done to you.
Martial_Artist Posted May 4, 2002 Posted May 4, 2002 Wrist/ ankle weights. You can try Therabands, or surgical tubing. I don't know of any weighted clothing, aside from vests. Want some good resistence work? Build your fluidity? Get in a deep pool and fight as fast as you can. Changes everything you do. Ti-Kwon-Leap Posted May 4, 2002 Posted May 4, 2002 Me and my son spar in the pool at the aquatic center. People think we are insane, but there is no better total body resistance, especially if you do it as fast as you can as Martial_Artist suggested Ti-Kwon-Leap"Annoying the ignorant since 1961"
Dbzhub Posted May 5, 2002 Author Posted May 5, 2002 ok so if i keep my calorie intake under 1500 everyday and walk approximatly 2 miles a day will i lose weight quickly? I'm keeping my fluids up too Do or do not, there is no try
