err...me:

titles: none (came second in a regional kata competition)

height: 5-9

weight: about 80kg

style: a mix of traditional kata based karate and JJJ (or kendo)

favorite technique: shoulder throw then juji gatame (kendo: men-kaeshi-do)

-for self defense: horizontal elbow to the sternum

-for sparring: round kick (fake), side kick as they come in to block the round
