Every state in America has something to offer, some vacation destination. Name your state and at least one interesting, unique, (maybe even obscure) attraction about your state. This isn't limited to America, feel free to answer from abroad.

I’ll start.

Oklahoma:

*Cow Chip Throwing Contest (Beaver)

*Oldest Mountain Range in the area (Arbuckles)

*Lots of lakes (Murray, Texoma and many more)

*History includes Indians, cowboys and oil rigs

*The Buffalo Roam

*Indian reservations

*Action Figure Museum (Paul’s Valley)

*Excellent Martial Arts Schools

"Gently return to the simple physical sensation of the breath. Then do it again, and again, and again. Somewhere in this process, you will come face-to-face with the sudden and shocking realization that you are completely crazy. Your mind is a shrieking, gibbering madhouse on wheels." - ven. henepola gunaratana
