Maybe I should post a picture of myself in a Doctor suit to gain the trust of the people here? Then everyone would listen to me..

I kow this might seem a strange thing to do but the best way to feel strained or injured muscles is to exercise them. But do this slowly, it works because while you exercise for example your back your muscles will build up and repaire any stains or other injuries.

however despite all of these fancy weights movement, nothing can beat the good old chin up - there are so many varieties and ways of increasing difficulty for good strength gains! Like an upper body Squat for mass and strength.
