can some of u tell me somethings about quigong( i hope i spelled that right) like its principles, its self defence moves, and how there used properly. like what is the basis of it . i know it is a healing art but that is about it.

and is it also similar to tai chi ?

you must learn different combinations of techniques down to your very soul and they must come without thinking when you finish with one technique, you must immediately go into another until you have attained your goal which is to destroy the enemy.

Are you talking about; Qigong. As this is about breathing, body postures and motions of the body... Nothing like what you said about Self-defence etc.

It is a style used for breathing enhancement, and many medical practioners beleive it works in cases such as Bornchitis etc. Thats about it...
