Hip-specific stretches

Hello all,

Lately I've noticed some tightening in my hip muscles. Know of any good hip muscle stretching?

Yea man i have a couple, they are hard to explain so if you need any clarity just ask :).

1. Frog Stretch- get on all 4's. spread your knees straight out to the side as far as they will go. If your not feeling it make sure your rear is pushed back at the same time.

2. Over top figure 4. we all know the stretch with one leg out one leg tucked in then you touch your toes. BUT NOW take the leg that is tucked in and pull it over top the straight leg then hug your knee of the bent leg into your chest.

"Tightening in the hips" is the same as " make me some food"

What do you want to eat? What do you mean by tightening?

Which muscle or at least where?

Different muscles require different stretches.

Also it can be joint or cartilage or tendons or ligaments or lyme's or many other things.

Get a professionals opinion. :)
