Kuma Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Keep a bucket nearby, it does come in handy. A lot of it is just practice, practice, practice. This video is pretty decent:
bushido_man96 Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Very nice. Thanks for sharing that. I always get so frustrated when I jump rope. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Kuma Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 An easier way than just trying say 2 minute rounds right off the bat is to say "OK I'm going to get 100 jumps in, no matter how many restarts I need." Then slowly build up until you're skipping close to that 2 minute round.
bushido_man96 Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Thanks. I'll keep that stuff in mind. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
