chh, haha.. it's a paradox, that's all(I hope)!

 

I'm only going less than 20g of carbs until I get to 8% body fat, then I'll probably only have around 150g carbs a day. Fourth day now, I feel normal. I'm going to do a few rounds of 4min sparring tonight, I'll see how I feel then.

 

 

It takes sacrifice to be the best.


There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
