Pay special attention to the site run by the Korean government--it has LOTS of material and will get you very far if you already know hangul. I know very little when it comes to Korean, but I did up a webpage to give people a basic understanding of the written language of Korean. There are also a couple of links that I found very helpful. tessone Posted May 2, 2002 Author Share Posted May 2, 2002 I just bought Elementary Korean by Ross King, Lee Insun, and Jae-Hoon Lee. It seems to be a pretty good text, and even comes with a CD to give you an idea of what the language really sounds like. Apparently you have to start learning Korean when you reach the level of Master in KSW. I figure, I'm getting a head start.
