The technique in the katana is in Iai-do.

 

Also the is quite a few very good techniques in Kamas, Double blade..etc. Again though they must be live blades.

The reason I picked the shien is because one kind of shien ( dubble egde sword ) is very fex. and alot of people use it like a belt. Yes, you put it around you waist and when you need to use it, put it out form your belly and it will become stright. I saw a man with it and I didnt' even realized the long 4 feet sword was there! Also, the cane sword is cool because it looks like a walking stick but is really a sword.

I got to sat Tonfas. There great on defence and when attacking. I think a pair where the wooden shaft is replaced with a blade would be incredible :grin:

Hi all,

 

My fav weapon is the Nunchacu because theres loads of katas for them and you can do them in a demonstration. :nod: :up:
