Aodhan
Don't worry about brand names. Get the cheapest whey protein you can find. They're all more or less the same quality, despite what the ads will say. Make sure it is just whey and not a mixture with regular milk protein or other fillers. I pay $32USD (a little over £55?) for a 5 lb SohanSohan - Go the other way. It's a little more than $2 US per pound right now, so what costs him 60 pounds would be ~$120 US.If your protein powder is that much, I'd buy it online and have it shipped in, Orion.Aodhan There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.-Douglas Everett, American hockey player

Ill have to get taking some shake in the morning since the amount of protein I get during the day is most likly low anyway.
Orion
Yeah just slightly alot. So as long as its whey protein and not mixed with anything that will do it. Cool. Thanks guys. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
Samuel
Just ordered another kilo of Protein Powerder, So at 25g a day, its going to last me ~40 days.Doing abit of reading and https://www.bodybuilding.com suggests 25g a day for athletes, But I suppose thats more running and swimming etc.Since Im going to the gym 2-3 times a week and doing 4 hours of MA training a week, Do you think 30g sounds okay?Like for all out body building its saying 1 to 1.5 times your body weight in lbs (thats 192-288g for me) Which is alot, only making a kg last a few days But i guess I get a fair amont from my day to day foods anyway.
