Carrots are actually high glycemic, which are the kinds of carbs you want to avoid. So are peas, squash & potatoes, bread, pasta, etc. which are the obvious ones.

 

Other than that, most fruits are pretty high, except for berries, strawberries, tomatoes.. but are still about medium, but okay as long as you don't have too many(if you're a carobydrate addict).

 

You go for low glycemic carbs like cucumber, capicicum, lettuce, brocolli, cauliflower and it's best to eat them raw, getting your quanta and spending time chewing on them because of the fibre which fills you up more quickly.

 

 

It takes sacrifice to be the best.


There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
