Aodhan Posted June 2, 2006 Posted June 2, 2006 Swimming.I swam competitively for 19 years, and it is still the best overall cardiovascular exercise out there. Works every major muscle group in the body, is low impact, and is fun to do! Doublelegtakedown Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 i also like cycling like when you riding in the breeze and the wind is coming at your face. or the adrenaline of going down a hill. and u can go much further and faster on a bike. like biking 5 miles away and back with ease.
