Shotokan-kez Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 These games i find are brilliant. The first three made for the ps1 were good and are classics. Then they made Mortal Kombat deception and Mortal Kombat Deadly alliance, and although they were good but they were unbelievebly violent. The bloodshed is awful, but i have to admit i think they are very 'realistic' martial arts games. What do you lot think? And are there any more games that can match up to Mortal Kombat?Kez Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
Samuel Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 Kez, Go back further, The MK games for Saga where brilliant.Trying to pin down those combo moves though! -shakes head- I could never get the hang of itI think ive got one or two of the MK games for Saga emulated on my PC somewhere, Entertainment for a rainy day
Shotokan-kez Posted June 1, 2006 Author Posted June 1, 2006 Oh yeah i forgot it started out on the sega, the combos are very hard, could never master them either. The newer two mk's are easier to control. Walk away and your always a winner. https://www.shikata-shotokan.co.uk
Samuel Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 The game I played alot on PS1 was the Dead or Alive games.Though I cant remember if it was the cool kicking and punching, or the fact the females boobs bounced up and down that made me play it more
RichardHangHong Posted June 2, 2006 Posted June 2, 2006 Though I cant remember if it was the cool kicking and punching, or the fact the females boobs bounced up and down that made me play it more Hey Samuel if you liked that, you should take a look at DOA4 on the XBOX 360. I haven't played it but I've sat outside a shop window many a time and just watched the demo film play over and over again. Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, fun, fun, fun! KarateK Posted June 12, 2006 Posted June 12, 2006 Wow sega mega drive. Oh the memories!!And Kez - men, rude? NEVER!! Lol Karate Ni Sentinashi
Orion Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 DOA4 on the 360 is an excellent game. Not only for the "graphics" but nothing better than beating your friends up. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
RichardHangHong Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 I'm waiting for the PS3. I might get the XBOX 360 at some point if I have to wait much longer though.I do like the games on it, but they're so way overpriced!
