Hey i have sparring classes on a weekly basis every friday and i need to know some tips, techniques that are effective and arent flashy or exsessively hard to do. Even some basic footwork would be appreciated Thanks. :karate:

I am training for myself not anyone else.. to be the best I can be in everything.

Taokara .... there are lots of threads that include sparring tips and some threads that list some web sites for tips. Put "sparring tips" in the Karate Forums Search .... The "Sport Karate" forum has most of the sparring threads I do believe. Good Luck!
