What's the best way to stretch to a point where I can do this and feel no pain haha?-Ray -Pain Is Weakness Leaving The Body.-It's Not The Size Of The Dog In The Fight, But The Size Of The Fight In The Dog.
lovekarate Posted May 21, 2006 Posted May 21, 2006 Stretch every day, that's what I'm doing. At least 30 mins everyday even when I'm watching TV.
strangepair03 Posted May 21, 2006 Posted May 21, 2006 Don't forget patience....I hae been gradually increasing my stretches for thw past 8-9 months and have yet to reach a split.....it has to be my hips, not flexable enough yet. I am still working on it and am a big guy also.I stretch for a total of an hour day and have everyday and have greatly increased my flexibility......just can't seem to get that split yet!!!!!!!Good luck A punch should stay like a treasure in the sleeve.
