Bruce Lee -Enter the Dragon

well someone has to mention dont they

It is THE martial art film everything else has arrived because of this film

I love Enter the Dragon. A classic. I also liked the Transporter movies as well. I like Jackie Chan, but I get tired of the goofiness. I want to see him get mad and just annialate someone, but it wouldn't match his temperment. I think he is a great person, though. Always smiling.

I actually don't like what appears to be his real personality, but if I was just looking at someones movie presence and ability to make good Martial Arts movies, I'd have to say...

Steven Segal

fav MAs:

Jackie Chan

(i just saw the original Drunken Master choreographer Yueng Woo-Ping. He's so dope.)

Tony Jaa:

Loved Ong-Bak and Tom-Yum Goong. He's just crazy.

Gordon Liu:

Masta Killa, that's all i have to say

Fu Sheng:

Shaw Bros. work is dope.

Sammo Hung:

So underrated...

Liu(?) Kar Leung:

Is there anything he can't do?

personally, i think Bruce lee and Jet Li are a bit overrated.

I'll give you:

Once Upon A Time In China

The Mask

Romeo Must Die

Enter the Dragon

Return of the Dragon

(i haven't seen a lot of bruce lee, tho)

i love seagal's fight scenes. also lawrence fishburne in the matrix; i just love the look on his face when he's doing his kung fu, plus his form is brilliant.

Somewhere in this process, you will come face-to-face with the sudden and shocking realization that you are completely crazy. I would have to go with Wesley Snipes in the original Blade. I liked Snipes in Passenger 57 and Demolition Man as well.

bruce lee was the ultimate.

fists of fury was fantastic (chinese connection for all you americans)

also loved some of the older van damme such as bloodsport and kick boxer

jackie chans old movies (police story, drunken master, young master) were fantastic MA movies, his new stuff are just great movies (apart from tuxedo, that was pretty average)

i cant beleive no one has said karate kid. i wouldnt say ralph machio is a MA icon, but the philosopjy of this film is MA through and through

Tony Jaa in ong bak was sensational, ill need to see more of him

jet li has been great in what ive seen, including some older stuff such as shaolin temple and the black mask, as well as things like romeo must die, cradle 2 the grave and kiss of the dragon. the one was ordiinary and i am yet to see hero or fearless.

the dude that played lui kang in MK was pretty good, but he hasnt had much of a run since.

steven segal is great too, his moves are so simple and effective. i especially love exit wounds.

brandon lee was pretty good in the short time he was in the movies as well.

i rekon with time i could come up with more too.

Now you use head for something other than target.
