greenbelt_girl15
I was in Alaska not long ago, beautiful...BTW how does one train in "bush Alaska?"With great difficulty. There is only one dojo in our town so I didn't have much of a choice in styles, but I love Cuong Nhu.It's getting harder to test becuase my instructors are not a high enough rank to test me anymore and it's hard to get someone up here becuase you have to fly in. And we also don't have classes in the summer because our instructors are commercial fishermen. So in the summer I have to train on my own.(rant over )I am happy that we have a dojo here though, I don't know if I could survive without it. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of love, a spirit of power, and of self-discipline.2 Timothy 1:
Black0ps
Evening Training-2 hours before training i eat a chicken and rice bowl. Immediately before training I drink a protein shake. Immediately after i have another protein shake, with whatever meal chef mom has put together.Morning Training-Have a healthy breakfast bar or protein bar, and a carb drink, then afterwords a cup of coffee and a couple hard boiled eggs.
