Before you read on, I only have access to free weights and a bench press bench.

Monday - Chest/Triceps:

8 Bench Press

8 Close Grip Bench Press

8 Flat Flies

All x 4

Tuesday - Legs:

8 Leg raises

8 Squats

All x 4

Wednesday - off

Thursday - Shoulders:

8 Seated Military Press

8 Shrugs (Dumbell)

All x 4

Friday - Back/Biceps:

8 Upright Rows (Bent over)

8 Deadlifts

8 Curls (Dumbell)

All x 4

Saturday - Abs:

30 Situps x 2

Sunday - off
