Defending Against Being Attacked By a Piece of Fresh Fruit

he takes about 2-4 feet out and roles it (perpendicular to the rolling in the box) or doesn't if he is rushed (threads cross on their own when nott controlled; get two or three threads crossed and say a fold in the tape and it will take some serious effort to rip). it is like a short rope-type thing; mostly for grappling, joint locks, and binding hands. It wouldn't work so well against someone armed, but for unarmed it is useful.

BTW - 1.5 inch Johnson & Johnson brand "Coach" or "zonas" tape are ideal

 Good stuff!

There was this guy that came to our dojo about seven months ago, kinda of a braggart who had a prosthetic arm. He told our sensei and the class that he had beat up two guys with it after he took it off. The guy only lasted one class. Mmmmmmmm, I wonder why? :D

I use the Rolled up newspaper, one day I was swatting a fly and then I thought, why not use Martial Art Technique combined with house hold Items (Just like Jackie Chan), I can use a Newspaper for self defence, but It needs rolling up so it taks time

A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.

A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it.

My hair is waste length and if it's in a braid it makes a good weapon if the person's standing behind or two the side of me. One twitch of the head and they get hit  Two black belts I know refer to my hair as my "secret weapon" :D
