Singularity Posted April 16, 2002 Posted April 16, 2002 I just recently reached one of my goals in fitness, and I think this is a good place to post if anyone else has had similar successes, whether it's weight loss, new max bench, new time on a mile, or whatever. I'm just curious how other martial artists are coming along. I recently did 25 pull ups in a row, a best for myself. Dave
