Which leg exercise has the strongest correclation.

I a have a wonder in this. I train all three complex leg exercises. Dead lift, squat and lunge. Usually I do Squat, than dead lift, than lunge.

If you could lift 1000 lb on only one of this, which one would it be? I guess I am asking which one has the biggest correlation to martial arts.

Break it into grappling and stand up if nessassary.
