Geng Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 I a have a wonder in this. I train all three complex leg exercises. Dead lift, squat and lunge. Usually I do Squat, than dead lift, than lunge. If you could lift 1000 lb on only one of this, which one would it be? I guess I am asking which one has the biggest correlation to martial arts. Break it into grappling and stand up if nessassary. Thanks
elbows_and_knees Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 complex? do you mean compound? as far as relation to MA, I would say deadlift, as it involves more muscles working as a group than the others.
