elfordo
G'day fellas i recently purchased some new bag gloves, ringmaster's they are. After training for the first time with them my right hand-the knuckles and fingers absolutely cained, so much pain, mainly when i closed my hand.I didn't really know what to think, so i igonored the pain, it lasted a while.Anyways so today i do some bag work and it starts again the pain in the right knuckle and fingers, what is going on.Is it the new gloves, it has never happened before, just these gloves, also the right glove has more padding than the left.Thankyou
Meguro
Hard to say. Could be you don't have the hand strength. Could be you need hand wraps or you didn't wrap them properly. Could be you have a previous injury that is getting aggravated by the bag work. Could be anything.
Toby
Why use gloves?I mean, I used to, but then started not to, and my knuckles have got used to it. They don't hurt anymore. Blackbeltblonde
Chances are the gloves are just new and need to be broken in. Depending on the material.. wash them.. if they shouldn't we washed.. play with them and bend and move them a lot...~BBB Training 14 yearsKalkinodo Blackbelt
