My dad's from there, and they just recently moved back to be near his brothers, but I only get there for an occational visit.

Really. My father is from there too. Follansbee to be exact (nothern part on the river, across from Steubanville, OH). Still have relatives there. I kinda like it down there.

It's happy hour somewhere in the world.

Mine is from the Sistersville area. They live in St. Marys now. His brothers are on both sides of the river as well.
