um.... right where we started from there Radok

anyway .... everyone is going to have their own opinion on works for them as far as diet and weight training goes but one thing is for sure .... you need to have a "balanced" diet and cut your fat intake as your are defeating the purpose of building muscle --- who will see it with all that fat lying on top!

Protein is the key to building muscle and losing bodyfat. Fats should comprise 10-30 % of your calories after you allow for carbs and protein. Of course you need to choose haelthy fats (mono/polyunsaturated) and your omega 3's. If you train hard ... most of your calories should come from carbs. They provide energy and spare protein. Get at least half of your calories from carbs (complex) and whole or minimally processed grains veggies and fruits. Lots of water! one quart for every 1000 calories plus 2 cups before workout and 1/2 cup everty 15 minutes of training.

There's lots of great threads in the Health & Fitness forum regarding weight training and diet ... just do a search and you'll come up with alot of tips! Good Luck!
