cathal Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 I recently heard a Judo practitioner speak about getting an opponent in "the lock". Can someone tell me if this is a technique used in Judo, or just some jargon he was throwing around? .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
topdawg Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 Are you sure he did say or mean key lock? A computer beat me in a game of chess once but it was no match for me in a kickboxing match
UseoForce Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 or arm lock, or shoulder lock or... If it works, use it!If not, throw it out!
cathal Posted March 5, 2006 Author Posted March 5, 2006 No, which is the strangest thing, just those two words...nothing specific to a part of the anatomy. .The best victory is when the opponent surrendersof its own accord before there are any actualhostilities...It is best to win without fighting.- Sun-tzu
