i've noticed that recntly i have been getting some ains in my lower back and i was wondering if this was anything to do with over stretching. if i sit down on the floor with my legs out together in front of me i can put my chest don to my knees so is this to far or is it because i have done it to quikly as i have anly been training for about 9 months or is it not relaed to stretching.

I have been getting back pains too and I asked my Shihan. He said that when you stretch, make sure you bend at the hips. Don reach with your arms because you are extending your arms. Hopefully you know what i mean.
