Hogosha Posted February 16, 2006 Posted February 16, 2006 Hey all, like I said i'm a 8.5 stone skinny guy. I do weight and have for a while (year?) and I see no improvements what so ever. I think this is because I'm skinny. What I'm asking is how can I put weight on?Question asked by a friend. - Hogosha

TaeKwonDo Afficianado Posted February 20, 2006 Posted February 20, 2006 As was said, the very simple solution is to continue lifting weights and eat lots of food. Specifically, eat lots of protein. But carbs and fat don't hurt either. To really gain muscle what I do is I eat as much as possible, and weight train. Then, diet down to lose excess fat, and continue working out to keep the muscle. It takes time but its really a simple process.all the best,Tom
