Does anyone have this book?

If so, is it a good book?

I might buy it, but i need help to decide

My JKD instructor showed me his copy last night. I glanced through it and it looked pretty good. I'll be purchasing it very soon!

Yes. Although be forewarned...its not a, how to do jkd in 5 easy steps, sorta book. Its tatical, philisophical and written by the man himself...so an inspirational read!

Fully agree with that, it is a good book for the practitiones of any MA.

I got it now and yes its a good book, dont worry I didnt buy for a learn JKD in 10 lessons,........

I read like 2 or 3 pages a day, but if I am bored I read alot more.

Yes !!!!!!!!!!! this book is Superb, in just 14 - 23 pages I learned to clear my mind, and there was this peice of wood that I was trying to break for weeks, but now that I cleared my mind the board was so easy to break, I feel very proud of myself :D Thanks to this book
