I dont its that black and white. To completly answer that question would proably take quite some time so I'm just going to say yes I defitnaly eat more than 5 fruit a day.

Hahaha, very true animal...Fruits are what you need for cardiovascular activity and can even be beneficial to eat before you do weight training. They don't do much to repair your body though. Great fuel basically.

I think its because they dont have protein or mass so they don't have power, I just simply asked if it makes you more stamina or something like that. :D

there's lots and lots of protein in soya for example

Fruits are primarily eaten for vitamin C. Vitamin C is used in the repair of cells. Not for fuel or power. The sugar in fruit can be a good fuel, which is a true for all sugars for temporary fuel. Complex carbs are what last a long time and give you energy for longer workouts.
