To completly answer that question would proably take quite some time so I'm just going to say yes I defitnaly eat more than 5 fruit a day. The sugar in fruit can be a good fuel, which is a true for all sugars for temporary fuel. Complex carbs are what last a long time and give you energy for longer workouts.
