Jeet Kune Do Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 does 5 fruit a day give you more power speed and strength or something. A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it.

TheAnimal Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 ...If it were that simple vegetarians would be the most powerful people on the earth. And lets face it, theyre not.
SatyagrahaKF Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Hahaha, very true animal...Fruits are what you need for cardiovascular activity and can even be beneficial to eat before you do weight training. They don't do much to repair your body though. Great fuel basically. Seek not and you will find. -Lao Tsu
TheAnimal Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Carbohydrates are great fuel. Fruits primary importance is vitamins and minerals.
Jeet Kune Do Posted February 10, 2006 Author Posted February 10, 2006 ...If it were that simple vegetarians would be the most powerful people on the earth. And lets face it, theyre not.I think its because they dont have protein or mass so they don't have power, I just simply asked if it makes you more stamina or something like that. mlucasone Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 Fruits are primarily eaten for vitamin C. Vitamin C is used in the repair of cells. Not for fuel or power. The sugar in fruit can be a good fuel, which is a true for all sugars for temporary fuel. Complex carbs are what last a long time and give you energy for longer workouts. Chuck Norris once commented, "There are few problems in this world that cannot be solved by a swift roundhouse kick to the face. In fact, there are none."
Jeet Kune Do Posted February 11, 2006 Author Posted February 11, 2006 which would be the best fruit to eat then? A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it.
