TheAnimal Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 I usually don't like getting info from bodybuilder forums because their goals are much different than a martial artist or athelete's.True, but they talk about power lifting in there too, and strenght. The most important thing in there for guys who come here though is information about DIET. Look up protein powders, I'm sure there are a ton of threads on the different types, brands, times to take them, etc etc etc- there is so much info to know I don't feel like typing it all out, and I'd surely still forget something if I did. They'll also tell you all about good carbohydrates, vitamines, all that stuff.
