TheAnimal Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 So what's the whole story with this biting thing, now I'm curious.
UseoForce Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 LoL, okay...We were teaching a SD class and I was choking him from behind. He was showing a number of options to "soften up" the aggressor before breaking free. Biting is a good one. When you feel that tearing pain in your arm, suddenly, holding on doesn't seem like such a pleasant option anymore. If it works, use it!If not, throw it out!
jeff5 Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 Biting and Pinching are part of the Fillipino Martial Arts and part of what Sifu Paul and his instructors teach. We learn ground fighting the BJJ way, then we add in stuff that will happen in the street. (biting, pinching, gouging etc.)In the FMAs we study its called Ankab-Pagkusi (bite and pinch)/CHOMP!
