Ok, im 17 years old to start this off. Ive been doing boxing for about 2 and a half years. Im 6'2, and 169 pounds. Im in quite good shape, strong arms, but my muscle mass is just not realy growing anymore. And i was wondering some good excersises to get that 6 pack. Anyway, just some advice on getting more muscle mass, cause id love to add on a few pounds of muscle, for when im on the beach, or whatever, u know. anyway, just asking for your advice guys.

Thx

Matt.

If you are after a six packyou will need to do a good deal of aerobic excersize as well. I did a lot of lifting for awhile, but I didn't get the six pack until I strted to run.

I would do a mixture of leg lifts and crunches. Let me know if you want a more detailed plan.

Yup, aerobic work. Run it off, the goal here is less body fat if you want that six pack to show.

To grow muscle mass, you need to stress the muscle past what it is currently used to, and add calories (Mostly high quality protein, with some carbs/fats). This will enable you to gain muscle mass. Your best bet is to look around on the net and find some good introductory weight lifting programs, and integrate them into your normal workout routine.

There are way too many different styles of programs to outline here, you just need to examine a lot of programs, find the things that appeal/work for you, and keep them up.

THats what I do, I stress my muscles beyond what it can already take and I see great results in a week or 2.

I do have quite a 6 pack but its not complete, I ate and did sit-ups and crunches and this other one where you sit down and you do a sit up while sitting.

I also found a way to Un-deform my six pack, so now It is getting straight, but I need to eat a bit more :D
