you're overtraining.. or at least it seems to me like you should tone it down. unless your protein intake is insane... you're going to be losing strength or hovering for a while.

Try and stick to 3 days a week... and eat lots of solid healthy foods. Lots of milk, red meat, and cottage cheese, the 3 best mass builders.
