Bon Posted April 8, 2002 Posted April 8, 2002 Check out the weight loss club thread. It takes sacrifice to be the best. There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
Bon Posted April 8, 2002 Posted April 8, 2002 Also, why are you only training one area of your body and neglecting your chest, legs, back ? The legs are the biggest muscle, so it'd make sense to train them to lose more weight. _________________ It takes sacrifice to be the best. There are always two choices, two paths to take. KickChick Posted April 8, 2002 Posted April 8, 2002 I agree. Remember the other big muscle ... your brain! Have a good mindset ... and put down that fork! Overeating or poor dietary habits may just be the problem here. Look into that also. Lots of great posts regarding weight loss here in forum ... do a "search" on weight loss and a bunch of informative threads will pop up for you! Good luck there sabra, making the decision to become thinner is your first giant step!
